Richard, who has a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo, has been employed in the Economic Development field for the past several years. He has gained extensive experience with the Town of Vegreville and the Town of Sylvan Lake, one of the nation's fastest growing communities. Winner of two consecutive Economic Developers Association of Canada marketing awards, Richard understands the importance of communications and the importance of partnerships in building a positive climate for growth.
