Richard, who has a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo, has been employed in the Economic Development field for the past several years. Winner of three Economic Developers Association of Canada marketing awards, Richard understands the importance of communications and the importance of partnerships in building a positive climate for growth. Richard and JEDI share a commitment to sound, balanced industrial growth and that approach has brought JEDI recognition from both the Economic Developers Alberta Association and the Central Alberta Economic Partnership.
